A Message from the President of the Board:
We at the Science of Mind Center have experienced many changes over the years. Our last move to 315 Washington Avenue, Albany,NY has proved to be very exciting and fruitful. The Center is very warm and welcoming with our three marble fireplaces adorning each room. Of course having our own private parking lot is a plus as well.
The concept of having interactive discussion group meetings on Sundays has worked very well for us as everyone gets a chance to participate if they wish to do so. We are also so fortunate to have great leaders every week.
We are planning to have special events that will include book groups, classes, workshops, and guest keynote speakers.
The only thing that concerns me is that even though we have many members, there does not seem to be a commitment to attend regularly except for a few who are there every week. Even though our lives seem to be busier than ever, we still need to take the time to feed and nourish our souls. The teachings of Ernest Holmes and his contemporaries are what we will continually offer.
If you have not yet had a chance to visit our new Center then I invite you to put it on your list of things to do.
